Founded in 2006, Aviation gin takes its name from the Aviation cocktail, which was created in the 1900s. The gin takes a Dutch style rye spirit base combined with with juniper, lavender, anise, sarsaparilla, orange peel and cardamom, and the botanicals are steeped in grain spirit for 48 hours before they are redistilled. A pretty intriguing tipple, with a very handsome Gatsby-esque bottle. A fabulous gin to go its eponymous cocktail.

Bobby's Schiedam Dry Gin is an interpretation of creator Sebastiaan's grandfather, Bobby's homemade gin. Born in Indonesia, Bobby immigrated to the Netherlands in the 1950's, but longed for a spirit with the taste of home. So, he began infusing Dutch jenever with Indonesian herbs, thus creating his own gin. In 2012, Sebastiaan traveled to Holland to meet master distiller of Herman Jansen. Together, they created today's version of Bobby's recipe using Indonesian botanicals such as lemongrass, cloves, coriander, cubeb pepper and cinnamon.

A harmonious blend of our Singapore Dry Gin with lavender and butterfly pea flower. Lavender, known for its calming properties, adds a floral top note to the gin. The gin's deep, rich blue hue is derived from the Butterfly Pea flower – a staple in our Peranakan cuisine. With the addition of citrus, its colour changing properties are revealed as it morphs into a soft lilac shade. Naturally infused with no preservatives, do note that the colour will fade over time. Store in a cool and dark place when not consumed.

The Pink Gin was first popularised by the British Royal Navy as a remedy for seasickness in colonial Malaya. A mix of Gin and Bitters, it soon became known in the region as Gin Pahit – Pahit translates to “bitter” in Malay.

The latest release from The Shed Distillery: an Irish gin with an exotic twist! This gin is distilled with more than 12 oriental botanicals, gunpowder tea, and a hint of Sardinian citrus - one of the rarest citrus fruits in the world found only on the island of Sardinia. The mix of botanicals and gunpowder tea gives this gin a uniquely fragrant, almost exotic aroma. Flavours are a delightful meld of orange and grapefruit, which leads to a mysterious finish. Best enjoyed in a smooth, refreshing cocktail or on its own with a generous wedge of fresh red grapefruit.

Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin is an oriental-inspired spirit from The Shed Distillery in Co Leitrim. Taking its name from one of the signature botanicals, slowly dried Gunpowder tea, the recipe also includes lime, lemon and grapefruit. This will work best with a Mediterranean tonic water.

The "Shed Distillery", Drumshanbo, Co Leitrim which is the first distillery in the West of Ireland in over 101 years. Opened in 2016 by the team of PJ Rigney and his wife Denise (inventors of Sheridan’s Irish Cream and Boru Vodka), the venture is already busy creating a range of spirits, including whiskey and gin.

Del Professore Madame is a unique gin for which only the Jerry Thomas Project has the secret recipe. It is composed entirely of berries picked in Italy. The 16 botanicals used are cold-infused in a juniper distillate with herbs and spices. It undergoes a final filtration that is gentle so as to maintain the maximum aromas. In order to create a unique product, the recipe is changed slightly for every new batch. Each batch produces less than 3,000 bottles.

Hawthorn’s Gin is still produced to a recipe formulated by the owner's seafaring Grandfather, a Commander in the Royal Navy during the Second World War.

The recipe was discovered in secret wartime diaries containing detailed battle plans and analysis of previous confrontations. This came as a great surprise to a lucky grandson!

Decorated many times for his bravery, Skip used to distill his own gin and take it to sea to boost morale. His maritime boast of being sunk three times and never getting his feet wet was always proudly toasted at each port with what became his legendary ‘On the Rocks’ measure.

Hawthorn’s was created in his memory, to honour his desire to see his ‘old tipple’ brought back to life. He used to invite fellow officers to join him and toast ‘the future’, and we invite you to raise a glass of Hawthorn’s to him and ‘to future drinks’.

This single batch award-winning gin is created from 10 botanicals, sourced from the same four corners of the globe in which Skip laid anchor. Whilst the exact recipe remains a secret, the botanicals include nutmeg grown in Sri Lanka and Indonesian Cassia Bark.

Hawthorn's London Dry Gin stays true to traditional hand-crafted methods, distilled from 100% English wheat in a beautiful vintage copper pot still manufactured by John Dore and Co, long recognised as the finest still maker in the world.

Hepple Gin is crafted using a rather intricate production method, which includes pot stills, vacuum distillation and a supercritical CO2 extraction process. A base spirit is distilling in a pot still using a selection of botanicals including Italian juniper. More botanicals are vacuum-distilled, including locally picked juniper, Amalfi lemon and lovage. This extraction process is used to make a spirit flavoured with Macedonian juniper. These are expertly blended together resulting in this fascinating tipple.

It's the first Indian craft gin from Radico Khaitan - the folks behind Rampur whisky! Jaisalmer is named after the eponymous city, and the tipple pays homage to imperial age of Maharajas and Maharanis. It's produced using copper pot stills at dustillery based in the foothills of the Himalayas. 11 botanicals are used to create the gin, seven of which come from India, including coriander and vetiver, orange and lemon peel, cubeb pepper berries, lemongrass and Darjeeling green tea leaves. This gin looks like it would be a fabulous start for any exotic cocktail.

Tea was chosen as a foundational component because India is home to the world’s most distinctive geographically indicated tea regions. Darjeeling, especially, is home to the most elegant & distinctive tea in the world.

The distillers first discovered wild foraged Himalayan Juniper on a trip to Delhi’s spice market. Unsure of its properties, they took it to England’s Gin Guild where it was confirmed to be Juniper, albeit of a unique nature. This revelation launched a trip through the extremities of the Himalayas to source it at its best.

Nàdar Gin is a fresh, silky smooth and exciting spirit using botanicals grown on Arbikie’s estate. It’s the world’s first climate-positive gin.

Nàdar Gin is the result of a five-year research project by Arbikie’s Master Distiller, Kirsty Black, during her PhD studentship between Abertay University and The James Hutton Institute, Scotland.

The gin has a carbon footprint of -1.54kg of CO2e (carbon dioxide equivalent) per 700ml bottle. What it means is that the gin is able to negatively offset the carbon dioxide emission in its production thereby climate positive. This is achieved by using peas, instead of more common base ingredients such as wheat, barley or maize. As legumes, peas are able to source nitrogen, which is critical for plant growth, from the air.
