Founded in 1859, the Makaibari plantation has been well known for its biodynamic cultivation techniques that produce some of the world's finest Darjeeling. This dark, golden brown bouquet is decorated with precious silvery tips, which give this cup a full yet soft and floral taste.

Heat 170g of honey with 30g coconut sugar till the sugar is melted. In a bowl, place 450g of The Providore Buckwheat and Coconut Granola with the honey & sugar mixture and 120g of your favourite nut butter, mix thoroughly and pack into an 8 x 10 inch tin. Preheat oven to 170°C and bake for 30 mins or till golden brown. Let cool and cut into desired shapes before serving.
